The following was again before the House in third reading: CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 33(JUD) "An Act relating to arrests." Representative Kott placed a call of the House. The Speaker stated the call was satisfied. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSSSHB 33(JUD) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSSSHB 33(JUD)--RECONSIDERATION Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 28 NAYS: 12 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Austerman, Barnes, Brice, Bunde, Coghill, Cowdery, Croft, Davis, Dyson, Foster, Green, Halcro, Harris, Hudson, James, Kemplen, Kohring, Kott, Masek, Morgan, Mulder, Murkowski, Phillips, Porter, Rokeberg, Therriault, Whitaker, Williams Nays: Berkowitz, Cissna, Davies, Grussendorf, Joule, Kapsner, Kerttula, Kookesh, Moses, Ogan, Sanders, Smalley And so, CSSSHB 33(JUD) passed the House on reconsideration and was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
